Help government buyers find your business

Add or claim your business profile.

Your profile is where government buyers learn more about your business, understand the products and services you can provide, see available options for working with you, and post questions. Add or claim your profile now.

Improve your visibility.

Make sure you list your service areas and the products and services you can offer. Additional information about your experience selling to governments, links to contracts that buyers can use to work with you, your business diversity status, and a thoughtful introduction to your company also help buyers understand your business and how to work with you.

Respond quickly.

Government buyers may send you questions or request quotes through CoProcure. When you receive an email from a government buyer through CoProcure, respond quickly. The faster you respond, the better your chances of working with the public agency.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What determines if my business shows up in search results?
We will show your business in search results when:

The buyer’s search matches your offerings. We use the content of your profile to evaluate if you’re a good match. You can make sure this content is accurate by sharing keywords about the products and services you offer and writing a short description of your business. The location is right. We aim to only show government buyers suppliers that have confirmed that they’d like to serve the government’s area. Since each business’s service area is different, it’s important that you correctly fill this information out on your profile.
  • How can I improve my ranking in search?
Showing up in results is not the same as being at the top of the list. We are constantly improving our search rankings to make sure that we are showing buyers the most relevant suppliers. To improve your search ranking, add additional information about your business like cooperative contracts, government customers served, diversity status, and more details about the products and services you provide.
  • What does CoProcure cost for suppliers?
It is free for all suppliers to be listed on CoProcure. In the future, CoProcure will begin to offer more premium features and resources for suppliers. These offerings will be optional. When these offerings become available, we will notify you in case you’d like to opt-in.
  • I’m part of a larger business or franchise. Who should I list as a point of contact on my business profile?
Please list the best point of contact for inquiries from government buyers. If you’re part of a larger business, this should be someone who can be responsible for triaging inquiries to the right contact(s) when they come in through CoProcure.
  • I don’t see my question here. How can I get help?
We’re happy to help. Just send us a note at suppliers@coprocure.us.
