This contract provides energy consulting, procurement, management services, and alternative funding solutions, including Electricity and Natural gas, The company selected by the PCA Member will consult with the requesting members, assess and recommend energy alternatives, strategies and conservation measures. This contract will be used solely by public agencies and non-taxed entities in accord with inter-local agreements under the Texas Government Code 791. These clients include but are not limited to Public School Districts, City, County, State agencies and non-tax non-profit companies such as Charter Schools. The over-all goal will be to analyze the member’s energy needs and current costs for all of PCA Member’s facilities. Then recommend alternatives, develop new strategies and cost saving measures. The contractor will assist in the long-term management of the members overall energy program. Midstate Energy LLC - brings customers all the benefits of state of the art energy technology without the overhead passed on by national firms. Midstate Energy helps organizations leverage Midstate Energy specialists to derive the best value for products and services throughout the energy industry. Midstate Energy will identify and evaluate energy-saving opportunities and then recommend a performance package of improvements to be paid for through savings. Midstate Energy will guarantee that savings meet or exceed annual payments to cover all project costs. If savings don’t materialize, Midstate Energy pays the difference, not the PCA Member. To ensure savings, Midstate Energy offers monitoring and staff training for long-term sustainable savings. Midstate Energy works in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and all Texas ESCs.
