Meet Chloe Dichoso, Operations Associate at CoProcure
We’re delighted to announce Chloe Dichoso as our new operations associate! With a background in education and health care administration, Chloe will captain our company events, onboarding processes, and office operations. We sat down with Chloe to learn more about her reasons for joining CoProcure, hobbies, and favorite quotes.
I’m a strong proponent of the servant leadership model, efficiency in government, and achieving equity for vulnerable populations. After meeting the founders, I was inspired by CoProcure's story and saw a strong fit between my interests and the company’s mission and model. I was also excited about the prospect of working for a startup and contributing to CoProcure's growth. Finally, I loved seeing the team’s culture of fun and earnestness come to life during my onsite interview!
What do you like to do when you're not working?
Growing up, I was heavily involved in performing arts programs, and I am still finding ways to incorporate my love for performing into my schedule. I enjoy songwriting and singing a range of genres from Bossa Nova to musical theater. During my free time, I record cover songs on my YouTube channel, MsChloeDichoso. Over the years, I was able to create a small community by posting karaoke duets and Disney covers on that channel. I have also been trying to explore my more imaginative self by enrolling in scene study and improv classes.
What’s something you’re not good at, but working on?
I love planning itineraries for travel and binge-watching travel documentaries. After my recent travels to Italy (and the months I spent planning), I decided to create a travel blog through WordPress to share my insights. While I have published the site, it’s still in the works, and I’m learning how to use WordPress to customize the website theme. The process of website design and creation has been quite a challenge.
Words to live by? // Personal motto? // Favorite quote?
These two quotes that have gotten me through onstage nerves and other anxiety-provoking events:
“You are enough, you are so enough, it’s unbelievable how enough you are.”
- Mary Setrakian
“You have nothing to prove, only to share.” - Tituss Burgess
