We are delighted to introduce Loren Brown as the newest Customer Success Manager at Pavilion. In this interview, you'll learn how her professional acumen, coupled with her passion for positive change makes her a perfect match for our team. Additionally, get a glimpse into Loren's interest beyond the workplace, like her affinity for chai and her enthusiasm for teaching salsa courses.

Why Pavilion:

Not every business is trying to make a difference. I mean, people say that they are - but not everyone actually rolls up their sleeves to do it. At Pavilion, I saw an opportunity to truly make an impact.  During my interviews, it was very clear to me after several conversations with the team that everyone else had the same desire. Pavilion presents a great mission, a supportive and fired up team to get the job done, and I’ve been able to see the impact on people’s lives in real time.

What’s something someone who didn’t know you wouldn’t expect about you?

I’m a chai queen. Chai is my favorite drink and I am so impressed with the different ways you can make chai and mix things up. I literally keep chai spices and EXTRA cinnamon at my desk so I never have to be chai-less.

I’m not a salsa queen (yet) - but my husband and I enjoy teaching intermediate salsa courses to our friends and family.

What’s a book you’ve read and enjoyed recently?

If you haven’t read a Francis Rivers book ~ do it! All of her books are so good and inspiring - but my favorite has to be Redeeming Love. It focuses on overcoming, healing, love, faith and grace!

Your theme song of the moment?

I love the recent Spiderman movies, specifically “Into the Spiderverse!” Two of the songs that are constantly on repeat  are 1. This is my time and 2. Am I dreaming?
